  • Check in time is 12 Noon - effective 8/20/2023
  • Check out time is 12 Noon - effective 9/1/2020
  • No pets are allowed
  • No parties are allowed
  • No smoking inside any of the buildings
    • Cigarette disposal containers are provided outside in designated areas
  • For the Main House:  A $350 deposit is required within 10 calendar days of making your reservation
    • If you cancel 90 days before your stay you will get a refund on your deposit
  • For the Bunk House:  A $150 deposit is required within 10 calendar days of making your reservation.
    • If you cancel 45 days before your stay you will get a refund of your deposit
  • Full payment is due 30 days prior to your stay
  • If you are rebooking the same weekend for the next year, after your current year stay, the deposit is required 14 days after you depart.
  • The owners are allowed to inspect the premises to verify compliance to the rental agreement, correct # of guests, purpose of stay, and to check for damage.
  • Renters will be invoiced for extra guests not included in the price paid and / or damaged or missing property and the invoice is payable upon receipt.
  • A credit card will be required to cover any charges or damages resulting from the group.
  • Prices do not include 10.375% tax (sales tax of 7.375% and local lodging tax of 3%).
  • Accidents happen.  Please let us know if something gets broken or damaged during your stay.
  • Renters are expected to contact the owners as soon as possible should a plumbing, heating, electrical or A/C repair be needed.  Renters will be responsible for excessive damage to the property, house or its contents if the owners are not notified of a problem.
